Mr. AO has been managing a government potato seed farm since 1970s. The farm is recognized as well-managed. Mr. AO's initiative and innovation have been recognized, but he wishes for a transfer. He renews his request when he learns that the seed farm project has been upgraded and higher-level posts have been sanctioned.
