Abstract
The case has three objectives: 1) to give students practice in identifying relevant flows in the context of capital investment decisions; 2) to understand the process of computing NPV, IRR and payback; and 3) to see the impact of cash flow timing and inflation on investment criteria such as IRR and NPV.
