Abstract
The various sources of what is legally known as indiscipline within an organization are discussed. The note suggests that the approach to indiscipline would depend on the assumptions made by managers about its causes and consequences, and discusses the procedures for handling such problems. The latter part of the note consists of relevant extracts from the report of the National Commission on Labour.
