Abstract
Having obtained a license for the manufacture of pesticides in India for 160 tonnes as against the request for a 1000-tonne capacity plant, the American company was considering setting up the plant in India. The teaching focus is on the importance of insecticides for improving agricultural productivity the government policy regarding the promotion of the insecticide industry.
