Abstract
The case describes the follow-up action taken by Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi, after the principal and a few faculty members of the college had attended two management development programmes at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, with sponsorship from TEQIP-II (Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme), Government of Gujarat. The case provides an opportunity to examine the early stages of the process of change and the actions taken by a leader during these stages. In addition, the case also illustrates the action that can be seen as an outcome of a training programme designed to assist planned change.
