Abstract
This case deals with the despatch policy of Lotus Thread Company Limited (LTCL). It focuses on the optimum shipment size and routing decisions. It examines the effect of smaller shipment and/or combining shipments and single/multiple destination despatches. Decisions in this regard is very critical as supply to different regions could be made faster at a lower total cost.
