Abstract
Three high performing executives availed personal benefit from an event management company who was bidding for a business deal. The E.M.company requested for reimbusement for their expenses, incurred towards hosting the three executives when they lost the deal. The case discusses the aftermath of the complaint and consequences in the light of code of business practices.
