Abstract
The users of New Delhi – Gurgaon Toll Plaza are fed up with the long queues and often indulge in agitations. This toll plaza has caught attention of all stake-holders. The political, legal storms are brewing too. This exercise is developed to apply queuing theory approach to evaluate various options to decongest to the toll plaza.
