Abstract
The case is based on an interview with the organizing secretary of the Lodhi branch of Family Planning Association where he relates his functions, the methods of data collection and record keeping, the evaluation system for the branch, the flexibility the branches enjoy vis-a-vis selection of projects, the criteria of branch evaluation by the headquarter, and evaluation of workers. He wants to find out whether motivational activities are really of any use and therefore should more money be spent in organizing orientation camps and giving more facilities to CMFPCs.
