Abstract
The case deals with a feasibility study of setting up a sugarcane plant in an underdeveloped country, viz. Liberia in West Africa. It deals with the problems of how to make mid-course corrections when the assumptions made in the feasibility have gone wrong. It is given along with the exercises and worksheets to make the students learn the techniques of cost-benefit analysis.
