Abstract
The Chief Executive of the Industrial Cooperative Service Society gets the approval of the managing committee members to enter the marketing of packeted tea. The proposal was sent to the Director of Cooperatives for approval. The Director found that the opportunities in the loose tea market was more than that for packeted tea, so he returned the proposal for reexamination. The case provides sufficient data for evaluating and recommending a course of action.
