Abstract
This is a follow up of case A. It tells about the new strategy suggested to the company by a marketing consultant. This strategy is based on action research and survey of the command area. While the marketing consultant advocates this strategy for adoption the company has reservations and does not put it to use. The students are made to think about the weakness of this strategy and the reasons preventing the company to accept it.
