Abstract
This note deals with problem of job design for employee motivation. This is particularly true of jobs that are highly monotonous, jobs with very low levels of skill requirements, etc. Among some recent experiments in job design, an approach that has reported some degree of success is job enrichment. This note discusses a job enrichment programme and the associated problems in its implementation for janitorial service.
