Abstract

This note defines land and real estate and lists fundamental rights in land. It describes alternative ways to controlling use of land and factors that affect the choice of alternative. The purchase alternatives are: determining market price of land; value to purchaser; financial constraints of the purchaser; and purchase of land for expansion by a perspective landlord and by a tenant with the use of credit and mortgage of land.
