Abstract
This caselet describes a common inventory control situation faced by many organizations. The aim of the caselet is to develop "spreadsheet analysis skills' in modelling a "what-IF" situation and help the decision maker to identify a "good inventory policy" through constant interaction with the spreadsheet.
