Abstract
Deals with the Reserve Bank Governor's criticism of the inventory policy of public sector companies. Empirical evidence is provided in the case to verify the validity of the Governor's charge. Students are expected to prepare a reply to the Governor on this subject on behalf of a lending industry association.
