Abstract
Discusses 1) introduction to computer simulation, and 2) a methodology for computer simulation experiments. One of the major phases in systems analysis is to compare the behaviour of alternative system designs and implement the one that proves the most satisfactory from the viewpoint of the given criteria. This note describes when and how simulation can be used as an effective tool for analyzing various systems and choosing an appropriate system.
