Discusses 1) the rationale for banking credit for input distribution business; 2) relative importance of such credit in the amount of indirect rural credit; 3) future requirements of input distribution credit; 4) terms and conditions of such credit provided by the commercial banks; 5) credit problems of the input retailers; and 6) criteria for determining their financial needs.
