Abstract
In the dynamic Indian business environment, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are digitising rapidly. The Government of India (GoI) is catalysing the digitisation of MSMEs through various initiatives via its Digital India programme. This technical note (a) explains the digital transformation of the MSMEs ecosystem in India; (b) provides a framework illustrating the role of Udyam as the gateway for accessing the government schemes and subsidies; (c) gives a map of the platforms, and portals for MSMEs in India, outlining their features and functionalities.
