Abstract
This exercise has been prepared to help the instructor in explaining the meaning of customer value. Understanding customer value is the foundation for planning marketing activities and a clarity regarding the same should be present for good marketing to happen. This exercise will help the participants to identify the aspects of customer value and to distinguish between customer value and attributes/features of product.
