Abstract
Hakkai Creates has been supplying precision plastic parts to one of its key customers (who had moved its operations to China) from a plant in China. The end product of this customer has failed in the global market. Hakkai Creates is looking for option-should it return back to Niigata or look for newer markets in South East Asia. Its partner in China, Omni Industries, has proposed a three way joint venture between Omni,LG, and Hakkai.
