Abstract
The case discusses the feasibility of establishing a cold storage for potatoes in Banaskantha district of Gujarat State. To study the feasibility of the plant, the production pattern of potatoes, marketing pattern, costs involved in operating the cold storage are analysed. Also, the case covers the technical, economic, organizational feasibilities needed for making a decision regarding establishing of the plant.
