Abstract
The case study deals with the preparation of a feasibility study of a developmental project for irrigated rice production in an underdeveloped country - viz., Liberia in West Africa. It helps students in the use of the technique of cost-benefit analysis. The exercises and worksheets attached with the case will help in learning the technique and using it for decision-making.
