Deals with the use of a process chart called "gang process chart" for improving the method when a group of workers is involved. The gang process chart helps to identify avoidable delays and movements in the process and also examine the possibilities of elimination/ combination of operations. The process being examined is the unloading of canned goods from a lorry by a group of unloaders and stacking them in a warehouse by using hand trucks.
