This case focuses on the strategic management issues of a medium sized shipping company head-quartered in London with other operating locations in Cyprus and Bombay. The case highlights issues in managing a global business. It also brings forth issues in entrepreneurship, showing the drive of a non-resident Indian who started his career in a professionally managed shipping company and finally emerge as a ship-owner himself.
