This case deals with the problems of an overseas customer. Various problems arising out of exporters' lack of knowledge about the importing country, customer expectations in the overseas market, and the shipping arrangement for transporting the goods to the market are emphasized. The intricacies of customer relationship and problems of logistics in export marketing are the main issues around which the case is developed.
