Abstract
Deals with the problems of target financing. Problems such as identification of borrowers, improper assessment of applications, lack of concern about end use and authoritative recovery lead to problems of overdues and poor takeoff advances. The case aims at describing of the environment in which loan failures are bound to occur. It compels the analyst think of a solution for the successful implementation of lending programme.
