Abstract
The case is based on the loan application of a farmer submitted to the bank for expanding his Dairy Farm. The loan proposal was first processed by the Branch Manager then by the Regional Officer. The Regional Office recommended the proposal to the Agricultural Finance Department, reviewed the whole case and submitted the report on the technical feasibility and economic viability of the scheme.
