Abstract
The case presents the operational responsibilities of a C&F agency. The varied requirements by principals are discussed/ presented in detail. The central issue is how should a C&F agent manage his operations effectively (with resource productivity). The natural growth option for a C&F agent in the context of logistics and distribution on set up is also presented for discussion, analysis and prioritization.
