This case highlights how information systems needs have got evolved during first 15 years of Asian Granito India Ltd (AGL). However, different ERP systems implemented have failed due to various factors (people, process and technology). At this juncture, it poses a question as to whether the current ERP i.e. MS-Navision should be re-implemented with fresh vigor or it should look for other established packages like SAP. The case analysis should focus on causes for failure of ERP in a typical organization but more specifically in a small and medium organization.
