Abstract
The Everest Premiere League (EPL) is a leading franchise-based Twenty20 (T20) cricket league in Nepal. Despite challenges from the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), local competitors and sponsors, the EPL has established itself as a cult figure in the Himalayan region by successfully mitigating these challenges. The case focuses on the entrepreneurial journey of Aamir Akhtar, the founder of the EPL, and the unique talent management practices at the EPL.
