Abstract
The caselets help bring out challenges and opportunities around navigating emotionally-laden interpersonal and team situations in workplaces. When faced with situations that evoke negative emotions in oneself and others, leaders struggle to find an appropriate response, often resorting to behaviours that may prove to be counterproductive. The aim of the caselets, that cover a range of emotionally-charged situations, is to help participants learn ways of understanding the source, nature and impact of their own and others’ emotions, and equip themselves with skills to manage emotions constructively.
