Abstract
This case is on one of the aspects of functional management in dairying organizations viz. processing. The specific aspect dealt within this case is utilization of plant machinery. The example of a village unit is quoted where plant machinery was not used efficiently. The alternatives for avoiding such a situation are discussed.
