Abstract
This game is designed to provide a vicarious experience of designing a school education system of a state to the participants. If there are more than eight participants, they could play this game in teams. Participants need to work with a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, “Game_Worksheet”, for a total of five rounds. The facilitator will present the budget and socio-economic scenarios for each round. The participants need to allocate funds to various areas of investment for their state. The participants will only be able to see one outcome of a percent increase in the literacy level for their state. At the end, they are asked to report this outcome.
