Abstract
This case is a manpower planning exercise based on a cooperative dairy. It gives factual information about several variables like organization background, investment, sales, past manpower numbers and salary scales. The objective is to predict future managerial manpower requirements, suggest new positions and levels, and changes in the organization, if so desired.
