Abstract
The Programme Implementation Unit in the Department of Health and Family Planning was asked to come up with innovative ideas for improving programme performance. In response to this request from the Union Secretary of Health and Family Planning, the Implementation Unit came up with four proposals of innovative schemes for experiments. Students are expected to discuss the operational designs of the four schemes and in each case identify the hypotheses and data need to test these hypotheses.
