Mr. Bill Meyers, President of Electronics Laboratories, is required to review three proposals regarding the future strategy of the company and make a choice.The company is a leading manufacturer of computer equipments and related office machines for small to medium size enterprise.The three proposals are 1) to produce an in-house circuit boards and many of the subassemblies used in both the computers and office equipment, 2) to introduce a new product and 3) to introduce a desktop computer.
