The manager of the Agricultural Chemical Section of the International Division of the consolidated Food Manufacturing Inc. of the U.S.A. was considering the proposal of setting up a fertilizer plant in India. The case deals with the financial implications and prospects of profits. The teaching strategy is on its importance of fertilizer in India the ways to procure it.
