Abstract
The note deals with computational techniques for solving difficult management problems in a simple and mechanical way. It covers the two major methods: Distribution method and Simplex method. The working details for these two methods are described with the help of examples. The role of the Simplex method in solving linear programming problems has also been explained with the help of a two? dimensional problem represented graphically.
