Abstract
The case deals with the problems created by the restrictions of the Reserve Bank of India on the use of "public deposits" by non banking companies. The Indian Cotton Mills Federation, whose members were adversely affected by the regulation, was considerin manner in which the case was to be presented to the Reserve Bank. The Students are expected to the prepare a memorandum on behalf of the federation.
