Abstract
This is a comprehensive case for teaching the applications of all important concepts in financial and economic analysis of an agro-industrial project. The brackish water aquaculture development project consists of four components: 1) site selection for and construction of and management of ponds in each site; 2) site selection for and construction of management of hatcheries; 3) site selection for and construction and management of feedmils; and 4) extension and training facilities. All necessary data on capital and operating cost and revenues are given for financial analysis. Similarly all necessary information for revaluing the inputs and outputs for economic analysis are given.
