Abstract
This case is one of the aspect of functional management in dairying organizations, viz. organizational behaviour. The issue raised in this case relates to the problem of relationship between two organizational leadership at village level. The concerned organizations in this case are the Village Panchayat milk producers cooperative society. How resolution of organizational conflict can be reached is the major question.
