Abstract
Mr. Sundeep, the Regional Sales Manager for the Lighting Division, had lost a contract order that he had been getting for the last two years. He analyzed the situation and wondered what had gone wrong. He was getting worried as his Western Region sales were dropping. He wanted to plan what he ought to do in future in order to win the contract again.
