Abstract
Describes in detail the corporate plan introduced by a new management team in a large public sector undertaking after there has been considerable criticism of the inability of indigenous suppliers of power equipment to deliver the promised supply. The corporate plan is described in detail and adequate data relating to the corporate operations are provided so that students can relate the corporate plan to the operations of the company.
