Abstract
Mr. Badruzaman assumed charge as special officer of Kundha Industrial Tea Factory. He started examining the possibilities of increasing the income of farmer members. He realized that improvement in the quality of leaf received by the factory would increase the income of farmers. But, as a cooperative, he encountered resistance from members in enforcing discipline. Mr. Badruzaman was wondering about the appropriate strategy to make the members supply better leaf.
