Abstract
The case deals with the frequent decision problem of extending the product line through introduction of additional size/packs of a particular product. Participants are supposed to evolve criteria for evaluation of alternatives in such a decision situation, and apply these criteria in coming up with a recommendation with respect to introduction of an additional small pack.
