Abstract
Deals with the financial problems involved at the time of amalgamation of Investa with Telco. The most important financial problem is the valuation of shares for establishing a ratio for exchange. The discussion should be conducted by organizing two separate groups for the shareholders of these two companies. As the economy advances, more and more cases of corporate combinations arise, requiring a thorough discussion of the issues involved in the valuation of corporate shares. This case highlights these issues.
