Abstract
AWC is a small company entering a market where heavy competition is anticipated in the near future. Because of the nature of the product, the potential market (domestic and export) is fairly large in size. However, the present size of the market is rather small. In such a setting, the major question raised relates to the formulation of the marketing strategy for AWC. It touches upon all functional areas within marketing.
