Abstract
Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited is an example of a business that delivers superior customer service with continuous logistics design innovation. Through this case, the students will learn what makes organizations innovate and how innovations can be implemented and sustained within a massive delivery network. The students will also learn why other competing businesses cannot/ can replicate the business model.
