Abstract
The case is based on the loan application submitted by a farmer to the Bank for the purchase of a power tiller. The Branch Manager prepared draft alternative plans for farm business income before after the purchase of a power tiller. On the basis of these alternative plans he was wondering whether he should sanction the loan.
